Greg Fink is the Chief Financial Officer at PAX Services Group (PAX). Greg oversees financial operations and strategy as well as Human Resources and technology. With over 35 years of experience in finance and accounting, Greg has a robust background in the manufacturing, technology, financial services, retail and distribution sectors.
Greg’s expertise spans strategy, capital management, treasury operations, SEC reporting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A). He has successfully led global teams, addressed complex financial and accounting challenges, and implemented strategic KPIs. He has developed and implemented policies and procedures to effectively analyze and improve financial performance in addition to enhancing governance and compliance.
Throughout his career, Greg has transformed financial organizations, streamlined operations, and built trusted relationships with investment banks, lenders, investors, and analysts. His strategic vision and financial acumen are instrumental in advancing PAX’s goals and ensuring long-term success.
