Leadership Team
Mike Gowl
Executive Chairman
Mike Gowl is the Executive Chairman of PAX Services Group, based in Laurel, MD. He has been in the construction trades from his teenage years. In the past two decades, Mr. Gowl has held positions in nearly every segment of the commercial roofing industry. From working for major roofing system manufacturers, such as Firestone and Carlisle, to working for national distributors, NB Handy and SRS. In 2013, when Mike had the opportunity to return to contracting, he purchased Patuxent Roofing and Construction, a Pax Services company. Over the past decade he has grown the business by 20x, moving the company’s focus from multi-family properties in a single geography to complex, institutional projects such as hospitals, universities, and military facilities in multiple geographies. He has been married for 14 years, has four children and is a frequent volunteer and philanthropic supporter of youth sports and the Catholic Church.
Mike Wade
Mike is the Chief Executive Officer of PAX Services Group. He joined in 2023 to support the company’s growth, new business integration, and ongoing operations. Mike brings 30 years’ experience having led several high growth businesses in the building services industry. Prior to joining Pax Services, Mike was COO for Crete Mechanical Group, VP/General Manager for ABM Facility Support Services, and CEO of Comfort Systems USA Southeast. Mike is a licensed contractor with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Pensacola Christian College, and received his MBA from the UVA Darden School of Business.
Greg Fink
Chief Financial Officer
Greg Fink is our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with extensive experience spanning technology, financial services, retail, and manufacturing sectors, Greg has collaborated with executive teams and boards to spearhead key financial initiatives, driving company turnarounds and enhancing stakeholder value. Leading global teams of varying sizes, he has navigated complex financial and accounting challenges while implementing strategic KPIs, policies, and procedures to analyze financial results effectively. With expertise in strategy, capital management, treasury operations, SEC reporting, and FP&A, Greg has transformed financial organizations, streamlined operations, and built trusted relationships with investment banks, lenders, investors, and analysts.
Tiffany Duncan
Tiffany is the Executive Vice President of Sales for PAX Services Group. She joined in 2023 to lead scalable sales and marketing strategies to drive profitable growth. Formerly holding sales leadership roles at both Trane and Johnson Controls, Tiffany has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performance sales teams, and fostering lasting customer relationships. Tiffany holds bachelor’s degrees in political science and history from the University of Missouri and a master’s degree in marketing from Webster University. She is married with three children and spends her free time coaching youth sports and traveling with her family.
Adam Senholzi
Adam Senholzi is President of Patuxent Roofing and Contracting, PAX Services Group’s Mid- Atlantic division. Adam is based in Laurel, MD. He completed his undergraduate studies at East Carolina University, receiving a BSBA. After graduation, Adam worked in public accounting for five years. In 2018, he joined the Patuxent Roofing and Contracting team as Controller before being promoted to President of the division. When away from work Adam and his wife enjoy spending time on the Chesapeake Bay.
Ed Bennington
Ed Bennington is Regional President of Texas, at PAX Services Group’s’ LD Tebben subsidiary. Based in Central Texas, Ed has been in the commercial and institutional roofing industry since 2008 and has held almost every position in re-roofing. He has successfully grown and managed multiple roofing companies throughout his career including a multi-trade contractor. Ed joined the Patuxent Roofing & Contracting team in Maryland of 2022 before relocating to grow and manage the Southwest region of PAX Services Group. In his free time, Ed enjoys traveling with his wife and fishing.
