Mike Wade joined PAX Services Group (PAX) in 2023, and moved into the role of Chief Executive Officer in January 2024.
As the Chief Executive Officer, Mike works closely with the leadership team to develop and implement growth initiatives that align with the company’s mission, strategy, and core values.
With more than 30 years of experience in the building services industry, Mike has successfully led several high growth businesses by developing exceptional leadership teams that come together in pursuit of a clear vision. Prior to joining Pax Services, Mike was Chief Operating Officer for Crete Mechanical Group, Vice President/General Manager for ABM Facility Support Services, and Chief Executive Officer of Comfort Systems USA Southeast.
