• The project involved installing three (3) distinct roofing systems across 19 roof sections.

CHALLENGES

• Operating as a 24/7 facility, the landscape presented logistical hurdles in scheduling multiple roof sections and managing limited space for materials. Careful planning and dedicated project management was essential to avoid disruptions to emergency operations, staff, and patients.
