Overview

In 2017, Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) encountered a critical challenge: more than 14 elementary, middle, and high schools required full roof replacements. BCPS sought a dependable partner with a proven track record in K-12 projects who could work within a demanding timeline, minimize disruptions to school operations, and maintain the highest safety standards. We leveraged our K-12 education expertise to develop a detailed, phased schedule, prioritizing roof replacements based on urgency while also addressing the unique needs of each location. To minimize disruption to students and staff, roof replacements were scheduled during school breaks and after hours. Through precise project management and clear communication, we completed all roof replacements ahead of schedule, within budget, and with exceptional quality.
