This high-profile project operated under strict compliance and regulatory conditions, with a tight timeline for installation. It is currently the largest and most impactful solar project on an affordable multifamily property in Montgomery County’s history.

The 58 buildings scheduled for new roof replacements spanned over 40 acres, necessitating seamless coordination with management and residents to ensure the implementation of adequate safety measures.
SOLUTIONS AND RESULTS

Patuxent, A PAX Services Company, completed all 58 buildings on time and within budget.

These roofs now feature energy-efficient designs with reflective coatings and a 2.18 MW rooftop solar array.

The property will now achieve energy savings of 2,583,535 kWh resulting in over $300,000 in annual savings.
