• Santikos Palladium in San Antonio had an established relationship with CRAM, a PAX Services Group company. When tornado damage created an urgent need for soffit repairs, that relationship led Santikos to turn to CRAM for the $116,910 project.

• The engagement extended the relationship beyond roofing and created another opportunity to support Santikos as the property’s needs changed.

CHALLENGES

• Unexpected storm damage creates a different set of needs from planned roofing work. Santikos needed a contractor capable of addressing the damaged soffits and supporting the property through an emergency repair project.
